Vantagon provides web development, software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work agreed between Vantagon and the client prior to work commencing.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services. All engagements are subject to a written agreement.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without prior written permission

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Vantagon and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Intellectual property rights in work produced for clients are governed by the terms of the individual project agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, Vantagon retains ownership of all work until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as defined in the agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for service engagements are defined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within the payment period stated on the invoice
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law
• Vantagon reserves the right to pause work on engagements where payment is overdue
• Deposits paid to commence work are non-refundable unless Vantagon fails to commence the agreed work

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during an engagement. Vantagon will not disclose client information to third parties except where required to deliver the agreed services or comply with legal obligations.

Vantagon may reference the client's name and the general nature of the work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless the client has explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Vantagon warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with the agreed project specification.

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vantagon does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantagon's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Vantagon in the three months preceding the claim.

Vantagon shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the project agreement. In the absence of specific termination provisions, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.

Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Vantagon will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of outstanding payment.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or an engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction as specified in the project agreement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
