Juli Novotny is a Southern California realtor and home designer with 12 years of experience across flipping, remodeling, and new construction — with notable sales ranging from $935K to $2.8M in the San Marcos, San Diego, and Carlsbad areas. Her existing website needed a complete overhaul to better showcase her depth of work.
